Centre Training Sessions
Training by the club's coaches provides extra practice to our athletes and allow preparation for various championships.
Any registered athlete can participate to any training session at Rex Jackson oval. Simply bring in a $2 coin to help us pay council fees for ground usage.
Mondays 5pm with Dave Scott for all events (from U8's). Specialised training in Throw Events with Matt Pepper on some Mondays 5pm (from U10's).

Officials Certificates C & D Grades at Helensburgh
The Zone
Co-ordinator will be coming to our club on 20/01/12 and 28/01/12 for anyone wishing to do their Officials Certificate (D or C grade).
These open-book exams are absolutely not difficult, especially if you are managing events for our club every Friday night.
Preparing and passing the certificates will give participants a better understanding of their child’s events. |
Hills District LAC Celebration
Hills District are organising a dinner at Castle Hills RSL on Saturday 11th February 2012 from 7PM to celbreate their 40th Anniversary.

Little A's Uniforms Pool
We have a pool of old uniforms and shoes to be recycled. We would greatly appreciate any donation of old uniforms and runners, so that the club can sell them to new or growing members for a small fee.
